No work begins until the client signs the service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Review and approve designs before execution

6. Design Revisions

Design revisions are subject to the terms outlined in the signed contract.
Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may incur additional fees.

7. Payments

Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and milestone releases are defined in the project contract or proposal.

Failure to pay on time may result in:

  • Suspension of work
  • Delayed project completion
  • Additional administrative fees

8. Limitation of Liability

XON Architect is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors or government approvals
  • Construction issues outside our scope of work
  • Misuse or misinterpretation of designs after delivery
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, unforeseen incidents, etc.)

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the cancellation terms in the contract.
Fees may apply for completed work or resources allocated.
